Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Choking Hazard Warning

Most products contain small parts (eg. buttons, clasps, beads, safety eyes, magnets, etc…) considered a choking hazard and not suitable for children under the age of 5. Adult supervision is required.

Note: Items can be customized with an embroidered option instead but the look will be different.
